How to get from Dubrovnik to Split
If you’re travelling from Dubrovnik to Split, you have a few travel options. Buses operate from as early as 3:30 AM to late evening, with multiple daily departures. Buses from Dubrovnik to Split are run mostly by Flixbus, with bus tickets from Dubrovnik to Split costing about $30–40 for an average 4-hour trip. To travel by plane, you need to get to Dubrovnik International Airport. Although the distance between Dubrovnik and Split is not that long, there are no direct flights between the two cities. Usually, the shortest flight from Dubrovnik includes a transfer in Zagreb, making the journey around at least five hours with airport check-in and waiting times.
